Your holiday home is an important investment and it is vital to manage that investment efficiently. Whether you use your Villa or Apartment for personal use or run it is a business it is essential to employ someone that you can trust to look after it.
24/7 HELPLINE are committed to providing an excellent customer service to the highest standards and can assure you of peace of mind while you are away from your property. We are able to communicate in both Turkish and English to ensure that the appropriate actions are requested and carried out. We have two Property Management Packages that we can tailor to suit your particular needs:
STANDARD PACKAGE
- Act as your official Key Holder
- Weekly visits to your property from May 1st – October 31st
- Two weekly visits to your property from November 1st – April 30th
- Quarterly reports on condition of the Interior; Exterior; Security; Electrical Equipment; Plumbing; Furnishings – with recommendations
- Quarterly accounting for variable & consumable items (cleaning service, laundry service, cleaning materials, pool chemicals, gas and sundries)
- Open your property and deep clean for the first guests of the season
- Close down your property securely at the end of the season
Where applicable:
- Pool maintenance throughout the season
- Regular garden maintenance and plant watering
PREMIUM PACKAGE - as above plus the following extra services:
- Arrange payments for Water; Electricity; Local Taxes; Insurance; Phone
- Arrange return transfers from Airport (cost charged to Visitors)
- Arrange vehicle rental (cost charged to Visitors)
- Arrange Welcome Packs (cost charged to Visitors)
- Meet Visitors after arrival
- Arrange cleaning service (cost charged to Owner related to occupancy)
- Arrange laundry of linen & towels (cost charged to Owner related to occupancy)
- 24 hour cover for any emergencies
ADDITIONAL SERVICES FOR VISITORS
- Booking tours, entertainment, activities, water sports, etc
- Increased maid/cleaning services
- Tourist information and tour guides
- Speciality celebration packages
